Taylor Swift and her boyfriend Travis Kelce shared some holiday cheer on Christmas Day by giving gifts to Chris Jones, a defensive tackle for the Kansas City Chiefs, and his girlfriend, Sheawna Weathersby. Weathersby posted a picture on Instagram on December 25, showing the beautifully wrapped gifts under a Christmas tree with a card from “Travis and Taylor” that said, “Merry Christmas.” She captioned the photo, “So blessed & grateful this holiday season,” and playfully thanked Swift, “Thank youuuu, Tay Tay!!!” Swift even skipped Kelce’s game following her after-party.
Weathersby has been dating Jones since November 2015 and has publicly shown her love for Taylor Swift, especially after they were seen together at a Chiefs vs. Bengals game in September.
Although Swift didn’t attend the Chiefs’ Christmas Day game against the Pittsburgh Steelers, she has continued to support her boyfriend. After finishing her record-breaking Eras Tour on December 8 in Vancouver, Swift, who is 35, has stayed active. She was at Kelce’s game on December 21, where the Chiefs beat the Houston Texans 27-19. Before that game, Kelce threw an Eras Tour-themed party for her, complete with guests dressed as different “Eras” from her tour, the iconic cleaning cart, and friendship bracelets.
Swift also visited Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City on December 12, where she spent time with patients, took photos, and gave out signed copies of her Eras Tour book. A parent of one of the patients shared on social media how amazing Swift was during her visit to their daughter, Baylee, who especially loves Swift’s music.
Last Christmas, Swift watched the Chiefs play the Las Vegas Raiders at Arrowhead Stadium, where they lost 20-14. She wore a Santa hat personalized with Kelce’s number and was joined by her family in a private suite, with her brother Austin dressed as Santa.
