Simon Cowell is one of those personalities that you either hate or, well, hate…That being said, he does have a very fond appreciation for two things: talent and himself. In a recent episode of America’s Got Talent, the man who everyone loves to boo had his big chance at proving the world wrong. One big question that many fans have been asking is “When is Simon going to get on stage and show off his talents?” It’s only right that he do so judging from all of the seemingly poor takes he has. The time has come – kind of.
With technology reaching new heights every day, there is bound to be a lot of very weird things happening within the world of tech. Simon Cowell just happens to be one of those things that is a bit unsettling both in and out of the tech world.
A company called Metaphysic made the magic happen in the recent episode. Tom and Chris appeared on stage with their special artificial intelligence kit to create hyper-real content in which put Simon Cowell not only on stage, but artificially loaded with a very great singing voice as well.
Previous AGT singer Daniel Emmet joined the team behind the Simon Cowell AI to sing a ballad to make it look as if Simon was singing. As Daniel performed Chicago’s classic ‘You’re the Inspiration’ live, a screen above him showed an impressive and eerily accurate video of Simon performing it.
Fans in attendance loved it and so did Simon Cowell as he seemed blown away at times like he had finally made it to the big times for the first time in his life. He seemed almost giddy with childlike wonder filling his eyes and his soul. Simon would jump up from his chair in major applause for himself.
