My Chemical Romance’s 2025 North American stadium tour announcement has caused fans to complain about high ticket prices. The tour celebrates their 2006 album The Black Parade and features opening acts like Violent Femmes, Alice Cooper, and Evanescence. Liam Gallagher even responded to Oasis getting attacked by haters recently.
When tickets went on sale, many fans were upset about the steep costs and bots buying tickets to resell at higher prices. Ticketmaster listed prices from $63.50 to $695, which sparked outrage online. Some fans said the prices were too high and that they couldn’t afford to pay so much for a concert.
“$695 is nasty work! Count your days, My Chemical Romance!”
Later, ticket prices reportedly went up even more, with people blaming dynamic pricing—a system that changes prices based on demand. Fans criticized the practice, which is said to be controlled by artists in some cases.
A similar issue happened with Oasis during their reunion tour, where ticket prices doubled after going on sale. This led to an investigation in the U.K., though Liam Gallagher said the band didn’t control the prices.
