Some pictures of Oasis rocker Liam Gallagher getting involved in physical altercations with paparazzi went viral ahead of the reunion tour in 2025. This has certainly sparked an online push to cancel the band. Gallagher has responded on X and showed no concern about the controversy.
In response, a fan pointed out that Liam treated all the paparazzi that invaded his privacy the same way regardless of their race, and the singer added, “I do not discriminate. [They’re] all c*nts.”
Another user mocked the attempts to cancel Oasis, calling them ‘hilarious’. Gallagher simply replied, “Good luck with that.”
The singer also made light of the situation, commenting, “Oooh, I’m scared,” in response to a tweet that read, “People trying to cancel you out of context is crazy.”
Oasis has announced their return in August, just before the 30th anniversary of their debut album, ‘Definitely Maybe’. Initially, they planned 17 shows across five cities in the U.K. and Ireland, but high demand led to additional dates.
The reunion tour kicks off in Cardiff, Wales, on July 4th, 2025, and wraps up on November 8th, with shows in the U.S. and Australia as well. The official lineup hasn’t been confirmed, but reports suggest that bassist Andy Bell and guitarists Paul Arthurs and Gem Archer will join Liam and Noel Gallagher on stage.
