Princess Lilibet Appears In Rare Ballet Photo
Princess Lilibet has appeared in a rare new family photograph shared by Meghan Markle for Valentine’s Day, with the Duchess of Sussex posting a tribute that included her daughter alongside Prince Harry. The image, taken at the family’s Montecito home, offered an unusual glimpse of the four-year-old and drew attention for her ballet-inspired outfit and notably longer auburn hair.
In the post, Hello Magazine reported that Prince Harry was pictured holding Princess Lilibet in the garden as she clutched red balloons, while Meghan wrote: “These two + Archie = my forever Valentines.”
The magazine said Princess Lilibet wore a soft pink top with a floaty skirt and baby pink ballet tights, with her hair worn loose and appearing longer than in previous images. HELLO! also quoted its Fashion and Beauty News Editor Ms. Laura Sutcliffe describing the look as a “traditional ballet outfit” featuring blush pink tights, a flared skirt and what looked like a wraparound cardigan.
Meghan and Prince Harry have previously spoken about their children’s interests, and during a 2024 visit to Nigeria Meghan told pupils that ballet and dance were “Lili’s favourite class”, a detail that echoes Britpop News reporting on how Meghan has spoken about raising her daughter.
The Valentine’s Day photo is one of the few recent appearances of Princess Lilibet in public-facing family content, following the Sussexes’ 2025 Christmas card which also included images of their children. Further family posts have not been announced.
