For fans of Harry Styles, today is a very rough day. Yes, that’s right – as many hoped would not happen; has happened.
It was recently announced that Harry Styles has officially canceled a show in Copenhagen. It was stated by the team on board with Styles that as much as they tried to reschedule a show – it just wasn’t in the cards and all ticketholders will now be refunded within the next two weeks.
A post via Instagram stated: “Harry’s Love On Tour show in Copenhagen has officially been cancelled 💔 Fans who bought tickets will receive refunds within the next 14 days and will also have first-access to tickets when a new event in Denmark is scheduled.”
The comment section is as you imagine; very dreary. Fans were all looking forward to this show, but it just won’t be happening for them. It should be noted that the team behind Harry will try to eventually get a show back where it was supposed to be in due time.
Harry Styles also recently said he was shocked to learn many of the early fans of his hit song, “Watermelon Sugar,” were little kids. Styles told Rolling Stone that the mega-hit-turned-single, first featured on his 2019 album “Fine Line,” seemed to be connecting with a youthful crowd early on.
He said: “Sometimes you’ll meet people, and they’ll be like, ‘Oh, can you meet my child? They’re a massive fan,’ and the child’s like 18 months old. This person’s a massive fan?” Styles told Rolling Stone. I remember someone coming up to me at a party with their son, who was really small, and he started singing ‘Watermelon Sugar,’ and I was like, ‘Oh, okay.'”
Styles has previously spoken about the true meaning of the song, which, he says, is about the “sweetness of life” but also the “female orgasm.”
