The comments were made after the Sussexes visited the Royal Children’s Hospital, where they met patients, posed for photos and took part in an activity in a garden area.
During the visit, Express reported that Dr Louise Mahler said Meghan “grabs hold of Harry’s upper arm and hangs on like a tiny helpless waif,” and described the couple’s public warmth as “dreadfully and shockingly incongruent” given wider controversy surrounding them.
