50 Cent is clearly baffled by Kanye West’s latest antics, as Ye continues to embrace Nazi iconography and make inflammatory statements. On February 28, 50 Cent took to Instagram, sharing an image of Kanye wearing a swastika T-shirt and referencing TMZ’s report that Ye had been spotted in public wearing the controversial symbol. He is also facing cult control allegations.
“I don’t understand why? HELP ME understand!” 50 wrote, signaling his confusion over Ye’s obsession with Nazi imagery.
Ye has doubled down on his fascination with the swastika, posting on X (formerly Twitter) about his desire to wear the symbol publicly. One of his posts stated:
“It was always a dream of mine to walk around with a swastika T on.”
He then lashed out at critics, particularly in the Black community, saying:
“Nias rap about how many people they killed but they scared to wear a swastika T-shirt cause their labels and managers and streaming services and touring companies mob up to stop nias money.”
As if that weren’t enough, Ye also showed off a mock-up of a diamond-encrusted swastika chain, boasting that he wanted to get custom pieces made for others and even provided an email address for interested buyers.
This is not the first time Kanye has refused to back down. In early February, he made it clear that he had no plans to apologize for his anti-Semitic comments, saying:
“Fk all of your fk a* unfair business deals. [Any] Jewish person that does business with me needs to know I don’t like or trust any J*wish person.”*
He added:
“I’m never apologizing for my Jewish comments. I can say whatever the f**k I wanna say forever.”
Ye even ranted about his accounts being frozen and finished his tirade with an expletive-filled statement:
“Suck my d**k, how’s that for an apology?”
While many celebrities have distanced themselves from Kanye, 50 Cent’s response suggests he is more confused than outraged. Given the gravity of Ye’s statements and actions, the backlash is likely far from over.
