Ticketmaster reviews cancelled Harry Styles Co-op Live tickets
Ticketmaster says it is reviewing orders after some fans had tickets cancelled for Harry Styles’ “one night only” show at Co-op Live in Manchester, set for Friday 6 March, in a gig tied to the release of his new album.
In a statement posted on X, Manchester Evening News reported that Ticketmaster UK said fans who contacted its helpdesk about their “One Night Only” orders were being reviewed, following complaints that some tickets were voided after being flagged as bots.
The MEN said the tickets were sold through a request system rather than a first-come sale, with prices set at £20 and a limit of two per eligible fan. It also reported that Ticketmaster later described a “small number” of tickets as having been mistakenly released during an inventory update, adding that those tickets were cancelled and returned to the request programme, with more details due to be shared on Monday.
One fan, 22-year-old Ms Poppy Burton from Somerset, told the outlet she discovered her tickets were marked “Void” without an initial email or refund, and said the situation left fans with non-refundable travel and hotel costs. She later said she managed to get her tickets back after a phone call with Ticketmaster to verify she was not a bot, an episode that follows earlier complaints in our coverage of Harry Styles fans facing long Ticketmaster waits.
With the show approaching, the ticketing update will be closely watched by fans hoping for confirmation of reinstated orders and clarity on the final ticket release via the request system.
