Taylor Swift, Arnold Schwarzenegger and Kim Kardashian are among the top-earning celebrities, each of whom has amassed a fortune of over $1 billion in the last decade via Fox News.
Forbes magazine revealed its 2025 World’s Billionaires list, which features many celebrities who reach that threshold, and made it clear it only included stars “who became famous first, then massively rich,” versus people who are famous for their wealth.
Here are just a few celebs who have built their large fortune over the past 10 years.
Taylor Swift has dominated the music industry since the release of her second album, “Fearless,” in 2008, which rose to No. 1. She has since released 13 other No. 1 albums, including “Reputation,” “Midnights” and “1989 (Taylor’s Version).”
The 35-year-old musician embarked on the successful Eras Tour in March 2023, performing 149 shows in 21 countries and over 50 cities. The tour grossed over $2 billion when it came to an end in December 2024, becoming the highest-grossing tour of all time.
Forbes values Swift’s net worth at $1.6 billion.
Arnold Schwarzenegger rose to fame with his leading roles in “The Terminator” and its sequels, which Forbes estimates earned him about $500 million. He went on to star in other successful action films, including “True Lies,” “Predator,” and “Total Recall.” In addition to his acting career, Schwarzenegger made savvy venture capital and real estate investments that further increased his net worth.
Kim Kardashian became a household name when she and her family began starring in the E! reality series “Keeping Up with the Kardashians,” which aired from 2007 to 2021. After the show concluded, her family returned to reality TV with the Hulu series “The Kardashians,” which has been airing since 2022.
While she gained popularity from reality television, Kardashian took advantage of every opportunity, taking on modeling jobs and developing fragrances. She took it to a new level when she launched the skincare brand, SKKN by Kim, in 2022.
A year later, she launched her popular shapewear line, SKIMS, which, according to Forbes, has been valued at $4 billion. The outlet lists her net worth at $1.7 billion.
