Later, William’s wife, Suzie, shared a video on TikTok explaining how the encounter happened. According to her, Taylor was in the middle of handing out tips to various stadium staff, including custodial workers and security. As part of the experience, Taylor agreed to FaceTime with William, giving him a chance to chat with the pop superstar. The video then cut to a clip of the FaceTime call, where Taylor could be seen smiling and waving, along with photos of William posing outside of her box.
Fans of Taylor quickly reacted to the sweet gesture, flooding the comments with excitement. Many were thrilled by the kindness she showed. Suzie explained in her TikTok post that Taylor wasn’t just giving small tips but was handing out $100 bills to the workers. “Ours will be framed, not spent,” Suzie joked in the video. Taylor was also seen greeting young fans, and some people speculated she was trading friendship bracelets with them or handing out guitar picks.
