Prince Harry recently enjoyed a ski trip to Aspen, Colorado, where he spent time with close friends. The Duke of Sussex, 41, was joined by his longtime friend and polo player Nacho Figueras, 48. The two were seen chatting and skiing together on the mountains, looking relaxed and in good spirits.
Harry was dressed for the cold weather in a mauve ski jacket, black ski pants, and matching boots. He wore a dark blue helmet and sunglasses, while his well-known beard was clearly visible. Nacho wore a navy blue jacket and trousers and also had a helmet on. According to a source, Harry and Nacho spent about four hours skiing together and had lunch at one of the resort’s restaurants. They were also joined by several other male friends during the day.
Meghan Markle and the couple’s two children, Prince Archie, six, and Princess Lilibet, four, did not join Harry on the trip. It is understood that the family plans to spend Christmas together at their home in Montecito, California.
Harry’s love of skiing goes back to his childhood, when he often went on ski holidays with his parents, King Charles and Princess Diana, in Switzerland. He has since passed that love on to his own children and took them skiing in Utah in early 2024.
Harry and Nacho have been close friends since 2007 and have played polo together around the world, often for charity. Their friendship has remained strong over the years, both on and off the field.
