The report attributes the detail to author Mr Nigel Cawthorne, who wrote that Anderson also occasionally referred to Andrew as “the young imp” while describing various childhood pranks, including removing valves from a radio and tying sentries’ shoelaces together. The same account says the late Queen Elizabeth II once remarked that he was “not always a little ray of sunshine about the home” after an incident that disrupted her television viewing.
