Report says Prince Andrew has sought religious support after arrest
Prince Andrew has reportedly withdrawn from public view following an arrest last month, with a new report claiming the Duke of York has been seeking comfort in religion as scrutiny around his conduct continues.
An unnamed insider claimed Reverend Canon Paul Williams has visited Andrew since the arrest, adding that he is “basically trying to find God”, Reality Tea reported.
The report also says the Duke’s royal status has been dissolved and that people close to him have distanced themselves, describing him as having “effectively withdrawn from the outside world” with even private appearances said to be non-existent.
It follows recent commentary that Andrew’s position has continued to cause tension within the family, including claims that he has been “fuming” with King Charles III and Prince William as pressure mounts for him to remain out of the public spotlight.
Reality Tea’s report revisits allegations linked to Jeffrey Epstein and notes legal commentators saying any conviction would be complicated without more witnesses offering specific evidence, underscoring how the Duke’s legal and reputational challenges remain unresolved.
