Fans have been speculating Oasis reunion and it has fueled up with Liam and Noel Gallagher reportedly flirting with the idea. It is claimed an idea has been put forward by Liam’s agents Wasserman for four huge concerts to take place at the 125,000 capacity venue Knebworth in Hertfordshire in 2025.
The gigs would be the first time the band has played together since V Festival in the summer of 2009.
performed in front of 250,000 at Knebworth in 1996, and Liam returned to the location to take to the stage for 170,000 in 2022.
A source told The Sun:
”It’s very early days for the plan, and the proposed dates are a long way off. But if all members agree to do it, history will be made.”
”Tickets would sell like hot cakes and fans would rejoice in seeing the band together again.”
”It would be the perfect way for Oasis to come back together again and wouldn’t involve a tiresome touring schedule.”
Both Liam and Noel are currently working on their solo albums and are each due to tour next year.
Noel Gallagher recently shared that there will be a reissue of Oasis’ ‘Definitely Maybe’ album coming in 2024, though confirmed there will not be a reunion tour taking place any time soon.
