Noel Gallagher reacted on BBC Radio to his brother Liam Gallagher trolling him in Q&A’s with Oasis fans.
You’re not on social media, right? People tweet on your behalf? Do you ever watch what’s on there? Do you ever log in and see what people are saying?
“I did a year on Instagram at the start of my solo, might have been a bit into it. For that year, I just found myself doing, ‘Hey, I’m in Seattle! Woohoo! Show tonight!’ And then the next day, I’m like, ‘That’s a great show last night, thanks for coming!’
“And somebody pointed out to me, they said, ‘Yeah, you have not quite got the hang of this, have you?’ Well, if I haven’t got the hang of it, then I don’t want to get the hang of it.
“Because going into the second year, I was doing the same thing, ‘Thanks, guys, No. 37 in America again, well done…'”
I asked that because there’s a tweet with your name on it, the Noel Gallagher official. You ask a question, like yesterday, it was like, ‘Have you got any questions for me?’ For the fans.
“Oh yeah, because I’ve done it since I filmed a Q&A.”
Have you seen Liam’s response to that?
“I have. Someone showed it to me. Well, he is my biggest fan. The thing about the question he asked is he knows well what the answer is.”
Yeah, I can’t just explain to front row listeners, we can’t say what the question was that he asked. Well, are you talking again by the way?
“No, not at all right now.”
