A wild party has seemed to have caused a huge split between Noel Gallagher and his wife.
Noel Gallagher split with his wife after his “wild parting at Glastonbury”, according to reports. News emerged last week that the former Oasis guitarist recently parted ways with long-time partner Sara MacDonald.
The pair had been married for 22 years after Noel Gallagher, 55, tied the knot with Sara, 51, in 2000. But the relationship has now ended after the marriage broke down in recent months, according to reports.
Via Somerset, according to sources, it seems his wife became enraged after a “raucous all-nighter bender” at Glastonbury Festival in June last year.
It was said: “At one point he posed for a boozy selfie with Bruce Springsteen, Stella McCartney and Kate Moss. Noel, who previously quit booze during lockdown, revealed soon afterwards: ‘I was f***ed. I certainly wouldn’t have been able to sing on Sunday night.'”
Noel and Sara announced the end of their relationship last week. A statement was released by Gallagher’s publicist, stating: “Noel and Sara will continue to look after their children who remain the priority. They ask the media to respect their privacy and that of our family at this time.”
The internet exploded after word of all of this got out. There were tweets being sent out everywhere as the news just continued to pile in. Liam Gallagher, Noel’s brother, also (kind of) sent out his warm wishes to his brother as he tweeted out that he was Google searching “He ain’t heavy, he’s my brother.”
Now, this all may not lead to an Oasis reunion anytime soon, but surely, it brings the family a littler closer together than before on the end of the brothers.
