Although she’s worried about him, Miley Cyrus is not looking to make amends with her father, Billy Ray Cyrus, Page Six has reported.
Sources familiar with the situation told the outlet that the 32-year-old pop star hasn’t had a relationship with the country singer “for a long time” and has “no interest” in repairing things with him. However, the insiders told the outlet that she saw his disastrous performance at President Trump’s post-inauguration Liberty Ball earlier this week and found it “concerning.”
Miley’s younger sister, Noah Cyrus, is “also concerned,” as she loves Billy Ray “unconditionally” and “wants the best for him,” according to our informants.
At Monday’s event in Washington, DC, the disheveled-looking “Achy Breaky Heart” crooner, stumbled through his short set, which he later blamed on faulty equipment. His son Trace Cyrus, who is sober went on to write a lengthy open letter revealing that he and members of their family are “genuinely worried” about the patriarch.
The outlet’s insiders say Trace, 35, and his siblings — minus brother Braison — discussed his Instagram post before he shared it and that they “signed off” on it because they “all agree” with what he wrote. However, one source denies this, going so far as to claim that the family is “pissed” at Trace because Billy Ray is “sober.” This source also claims the Grammy winner is “in a really good place” with both Miley and Noah.
