Paris Jackson and her music producer fiancé, Justin Long, will not be walking down the aisle, as they have called off their engagement, according to TMZ.
The split comes just eight months after Michael Jackson’s daughter announced that Justin proposed while they were in Paris, France. Earlier on Thursday, Paris posted on X about “breakup tears” in response to paparazzi photos that captured her looking very emotional. Shortly thereafter, it was confirmed that the engagement had ended.
The reasons behind the split remain unclear. Last December, Paris shared a series of photos from Justin’s proposal on her social media, expressing her love for him by saying, “Doing life with you these last years has been an indescribable whirlwind, and I couldn’t dream of anyone more perfect for me to do it all with.”
It appears that the honeymoon is over before it even began.
