Meghan Markle retreat VIP photo fee revealed
Meghan Markle is offering attendees of her three-day “Her Best Life” retreat in Sydney the option to pay extra for a group photo with the Duchess of Sussex, adding to the cost of a weekend that is being marketed as a luxury, wellness-focused “girls weekend”. The event is due to run from Friday to Sunday at the InterContinental Coogee Beach hotel and is expected to draw hundreds of guests.
Guests are being asked to pay an additional $330 for a group photo with Meghan as part of a VIP upgrade, Hello Magazine reported, with the premium package also including a private hotel room and an “exclusive VIP goodie bag”.
According to the same report, standard tickets begin at around $1,780 per person for a twin-share room, while the VIP experience is priced at about $2,110. Attendees have also been told there will be a strict “no phones, no recording” policy during Meghan’s interview session, described as a “non-negotiable security requirement”, meaning the paid group photo may be the only take-home image from the weekend.
The retreat is being organised by Ms Gemma O’Neill, host of the Her Best Life podcast, and is expected to welcome around 300 women. The itinerary is set to include a “powerful women’s session” with therapist Dr Justine Corry, meditation and manifestation workshops, poolside downtime, a gala dinner and a “dinner and disco celebration”, alongside Meghan’s headline appearance. The weekend’s Sydney setting comes as Britpop News has tracked the couple’s recent Down Under schedule, including their planned four-day Australia trip.
Organisers have indicated demand has been high, with tickets previously described as exhausted before additional rooms were released. The pricing and restrictions underline how tightly managed Meghan’s public appearances can be, and how access to the Duchess is being packaged within curated, premium events.
