Since divorcing Kanye West (now known as Ye) in 2021, Kim Kardashian has mostly stayed quiet about their relationship, co-parenting, and his public outbursts, which often include antisemitic remarks.
However, in the latest episode of The Kardashians (Feb. 13), Kim opened up while talking with her sister Khloé about marriage struggles. After reuniting with her ex-husband Lamar Odom, Khloé admitted she got married too quickly but still believed he was the right person at that time. She said their relationship could have lasted if not for his struggles with substance abuse.
Kim related to this, saying, “That’s the hardest part. I’ve been there. When someone changes so much, and you can’t get back the person you loved, but you also can’t live with who they’ve become, I get it.”
In a confessional, she added that it’s especially painful when a marriage doesn’t end because of personal choice but due to circumstances beyond control. While she didn’t name Kanye directly, her words seemed to reference their relationship.
Kim had previously spoken about Kanye’s bipolar disorder, but he now claims his wife, Bianca Censori, told him he was misdiagnosed and might actually be on the autism spectrum.
Kim’s comments aired just days after Kanye deleted his X account following a four-day spree of antisemitic posts, where he again declared, “I’m a Nazi” and “I love Hitler.” He even briefly listed a shirt with a swastika for sale on his Yeezy website.
His remarks have led to more backlash, including condemnation from the Anti-Defamation League, fellow artists, and losing his booking agent. A former Jewish staffer also sued him, claiming he compared himself to Hitler and threatened her.
