Kate Middleton has seen the death of The Queen in the family. This unforeseen situation didn’t deter her from performing her duties as a mother. She wore black sunglasses and had a straight face as she picked up her children from the first day at school.

The Duchess of Cornwall and Cambridge was dressed in black, and she drove her car to pick up her children from school in Berkshire. Kate was notably absent from the royals– including her husband, Prince William– who gathered at the queen’s bedside at Balmoral on Thursday.
Her estranged brother-in-law, Prince Harry, was seen arriving at Windsor after flying back from Scotland. In the interim, King Charles III is already busy at Buckingham Palace meeting with Prime Minister Liz Truss ahead of his 6 p.m. address to the nation. The death changes everything in the family along with her position within the family. Her role and responsibilities have increased.
Prince William is the next in line for the throne. It would be only a matter of time before they are named Prince and Princess of Wales sometime shortly. It comes as a shock for many, as the longest-living monarch of the UK breathed her last yesterday.
There’s no news of any tussle within the family. You may recall that Prince Harry left the royal family and is now in The States. This passing away leaves a void in the royal family, which will take time to fix. Who will be crowned the new Prince and Princess is still up in the air. Will Prince Harry mend fences and return to the Kingdom?
