Kanye West has fired back at his former assistant Lauren Pisciotta’s updated lawsuit, which accuses him of sexual assault, battery, and false imprisonment.
A spokesperson for Kanye’s Yeezy brand told Page Six on Sunday, “This is the fourth version of Lauren Pisciotta’s complaint. Each one contradicts the last and is even more outrageous. We can’t tell if she actually believes her own stories. But this latest version is pure fantasy, which makes all her other claims worthless too.”
The rep added, “Courtrooms aren’t meant for delusions. We’re ready to destroy these lies in front of a jury, and even she must see that’s coming.”
Milo Yiannopoulos, speaking for Yeezy, also defended Kanye, calling Pisciotta’s changing stories “absurd.” He said she “picked the wrong rapper, Kanye hates violence, has never been arrested, and doesn’t even own a gun. An extortionist with such big ambitions should have chosen her target more wisely.”
In response, Pisciotta’s lawyer Lisa Bloom told the Daily Mail, “While Kanye’s team put out a flashy but false attack on Ms. Pisciotta, they’re ignoring Kanye’s own public admissions, which will ruin him in court. We look forward to seeing him there, where he can’t hide behind expensive PR.”
Pisciotta’s lawsuit started in June 2024 as a wrongful termination and sexual harassment case, but she recently added serious new claims. She says Kanye sexually assaulted her in San Francisco, forcing himself on her after she rejected him, masturbating in front of her, and later forcing her to perform oral sex while she was frozen in fear.
She also accused Kanye of offering her as a sexual “gift” to someone he was involved with, making constant crude comments about her body, groping her, demanding she wear tight clothes, sending her explicit photos and telling her to send some back, and pressuring her to join his sexual encounters.
Pisciotta further claims that after she was fired, Kanye moved into her apartment building, making her fear for her safety. She says he once grabbed her by the throat and licked her ear.
