Pop icon Justin Bieber recently took a shot at his mom weeks after she prayed for his “healing” in a social media post via Page Six.
On September 24th, Pattie Mallette wrote via Instagram that “we’re cheering you on and praying for you always Justin.”
“I declare freedom, strength, clarity, and healing over you Justin,” she continued her touching post, which featured photos of the singer rocking a tee that read “Pray for me.”
“Every chain of fear, confusion, heaviness, and pain — be broken in Jesus’ name.”
It seemed like the Canadian singer didn’t appreciate his mom’s prayers when he left a rather impertinent comment on the post on Tuesday.
“Only thing I need healing from is my rolled pinky toe from playing ping pong,” the 31-year-old, who is very vocal about his faith, snapped as many of his fans laughed at the comment.
At the time of the author’s post about “Nowhere but Up: The Story of Justin Bieber’s Mom,” Bieber had announced his return to the Coachella stage with a black-and-white video shoot on the festival grounds.
He captioned the post, “see u in april.”
He had also shared several other posts as he asked ChatGPT to tell him “the truth about how human effort is hurting humanity.”
The “Daisies” singer then captioned his conversations, “Jesus teaches that our effort is simply a response. To being gifted life and forgiveness. Jesus becomes the prize. And growth becomes something you desire because of the grace we have received.”
In the past year, Justin Bieber has raised concerns among fans due to his unusual public behavior, which includes riding a Segway in his underwear and openly using cannabis. He also fueled marital rumors with his wife, Hailey Bieber, before confirming them in his album “Swag.”
After Hailey addressed the critics during her Vogue interview in May, telling them to “move on” and “chill out” regarding the rumors, the couple has since presented a united front on social media.
