In an interview with ET Online, Paul Mescal said he would be honoured to portray Paul McCartney in a Beatles biopic. McCartney also recently shared his last photos with Quincy Jones.
I mean like it would be an incredible story to be attached to and yeah, it truly would be a dream come true.
Paul McCartney knows how to put on a great show. Recently, he performed at the Corona Capital Festival in Mexico City and gave fans a big surprise by bringing St. Vincent and Jack White on stage.
At the start of the concert, McCartney greeted the crowd in Spanish, which excited everyone. Some fans even dressed up like characters from Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band to show their love for him. He sang popular songs like Letting Go, Let ‘Em In, and Band On The Run. During Get Back, he surprised the audience by inviting St. Vincent to join him.
Later, St. Vincent returned for the finale, and this time, Jack White joined them too. The three of them performed The End together, creating a special moment for everyone watching.
In an interview with Far Out Magazine, McCartney shared that while he’s proud of his music, there are some songs he wishes he had written, like Sting’s Fields Of Gold. Sting was touched by McCartney’s compliment, saying it meant a lot to hear that from someone he admires.
