However, going back aways, the two met originally after Lipa broke up with her then-boyfriend of five years, Issac Carew. She would pair nicely with Anwar and the two would form a common bond over their collective love of music.
Things got hot and heavy after Anwar’s famous sister got involved and introduce the two. While a potential relationship would be rumored throughout the summer of 2019, the duo was spotted kissing at a British music festival in July of that year.
