Casandra “Cassie” Ventura recently testified that she once fled a Prince performance at the late artist’s home in Los Angeles as she feared Sean “Diddy” Combs’ was there via PEOPLE.
Ventura has been on the stand at Combs’ s*x trafficking trial since Tuesday, May 13th and stated that she was having dinner with friends and wanted to go to Prince’s house.
“It was a once in a lifetime experience,” Ventura said.
She stated that she did not want to tell Combs about the experience because she thought “he would say no.”
However, after arriving, Ventura stated that she saw BET executives and suddenly heard Combs was there.
“I caught a glimpse of him, left the party and ran out as fast as I could,” Ventura testified. “I knew he was angry at me.”
She revealed that she could see it in his facial expressions “and then he came after me.”
Ventura testified that she started running before falling into the bushes in the front yard.
Ventura managed to make it back to the Beverly Hills Hotel where she claimed Combs burst into the room she was staying.
“We went into the bedroom and he beat me up,” Ventura alleged. “He threw luggage at me, calling me all kinds of names.”
Ventura, who dated Combs for 11 years, is the key witness for the prosecution at his trial.
