Britney Spears’ ex-husband Sam Asghari has a new girlfriend and it’s for the first time since he parted ways with Britney Spears.
Asghari was recently spotted cozying up to a woman named Brooke Irvine and as per Us Weekly that the pair are boyfriend and girlfriend. The insider notes that the relationship is still fairly new and began a few months ago.
The new romance comes after Asghari and Spears separated last year, after one year of marriage. The exes settled their divorce in May. The outelet noted that Asghari took some time for himself after the divorce and is now very happy with Irvine, who the insider calls a “normal girl.”
Asghari and Irvine were seen strolling West Hollywood together on Wednesday, November 27th. In photos from TMZ, the pair walked with their arms around each other and got cozy while sitting on a bench. In one snap, Irvine leaned in to kiss the model and fitness trainer on the cheek.
In August, Asgharitold Us that he was “putting all of my mindset” toward his acting and producing career rather than dating. He also joked that he was already “dating a very high-maintenance girl” — his dog.
“I have to get her nails done and take her to the dog park and feed her good food and get her really nice treats,” he quipped. “That is what I’m focused on at the moment.”
Asghari also reflected on the lessons he learned from his relationship with Spears.
“When you’re in a relationship or any experiences that are major in your life, you learn so much,” he said. “I only celebrate the past. I always like to appreciate the past, celebrate the past and that’s just a big part of me. I’m always going to be that type of person.”
Asghari and Spears got engaged in 2021 and tied the knot the following year. Spears reflected on their split in an August 2023 Instagram post shared shortly after Asghari filed for divorce.
