Britney Spears’ boyfriend, Paul Soliz, is facing legal trouble with his estranged wife, Nicole Mancilla. Nicole has been trying to serve Paul divorce papers but hasn’t been able to find him. She even sent someone to Britney’s mansion in Thousand Oaks twice, but security guards said Paul doesn’t live there and refused to let them in. Spears also deleted a controversial dancing video recently as well.
Nicole filed for divorce in October, citing “irreconcilable differences” after eight years of marriage. She listed June 29, 2023, as the date they separated. Nicole is asking for custody of their four children and monthly financial support, but she wants the court to stop Paul from asking for any support from her. If she can’t locate him, she’s thinking about using other ways to notify him, like posting a notice in a newspaper.
Paul, who reportedly has nine kids from different relationships, started working at Britney’s home in 2022 as a housekeeper. Nicole has been critical of Paul’s behavior, saying he has ignored their children. In an interview, she said, “My husband got involved with Britney Spears and now pretends his kids don’t exist.”
Paul and Britney’s relationship has worried Britney’s close friends. Reports in August said people close to her think the relationship might not be good for her. Despite this, Britney and Paul haven’t been seen together recently. Earlier this year, they made headlines after an argument at the Chateau Marmont, where an ambulance was called but wasn’t needed.
Amid the chaos, Britney has been spending time with her sons, Jayden and Sean Preston, after being estranged for a while. The boys, now 18 and 19, moved to Hawaii last year with their father, Kevin Federline. Britney recently shared videos of their reunion on social media, showing a happy moment in her otherwise challenging personal life.
