A bartender who recently served pop icon Taylor Swift during a girl’s night out with Selena Gomez, has shared his candid thoughts about the interaction via Parade.
Wyatt Heath, a bartender and self-described “chaotic” mixologist at the sushi and cocktail bar Negroni Caffe in Beverly Hills, took to Instagram to talk about the opportunity to serve the “Fortnight” songstress earlier this week.
“I can’t believe I got to serve The London Boy to #taylorswift herself!” the drink specialist wrote alongside a photo of the cocktail in question, celebrating the “amazing experience” of life.
Heath then quoted Halsey, who sang, “Don’t meet your heroes, they’re all f–king weirdos,” in their song “929,” shutting down the idea.
“…she was wrong,” he declared. “I got to meet my idol and she was as kind as she is stunning!”
Heath debuted the London Boy, named after the Lover track, in November, joking that it was “about time” the singer received a “song titled drink” from him.
The complete recipe for the beverage remains a mystery—as it appears to be part of a “secret menu” only available when he’s behind the bar—he did imply it includes sours and passion fruit in the post’s hashtags.
Page Six has also reported that Swift also enjoyed a cacao old fashioned.
Another drink on Heath’s secret menu is “The Lonely Muse,” which features “floral, sweet, bubbles, bite, and tequila.” It was named after Halsey’s track “Lonely Is the Muse” which Gomez enjoyed during the low-key outing with Swift.
