Epstein Victims’ Lawyer Calls for Prince Andrew Probe
A lawyer representing several victims of Jeffrey Epstein has claimed Prince Andrew spent extended periods at Epstein’s properties and said the Duke of York’s conduct should be investigated, as scrutiny of the disgraced financier’s network continues years after his death.
Spencer Kuvin told The News International that he reviewed testimony from 2007 and 2008 in which a maintenance worker at Epstein’s Palm Beach home alleged Prince Andrew visited “numerous occasions” and stayed for “weeks” at a time.
Mr Kuvin said the same testimony described young girls “walking around naked or topless” regularly at the property, and argued it was difficult to understand how the Duke could have been unaware of what was happening, pointing to claims Epstein received “two to three massages a day from young girls”. Mr Kuvin said he was “baffled” by any suggestion Prince Andrew did not know what was going on and added: “I think that his part in this entire debacle should be investigated.”
The allegations add to long-running questions about the Duke’s association with Epstein and the extent of his access to royal circles, an issue previously examined in BritpopNews reporting on how Jeffrey Epstein allegedly used Prince Andrew for royal access.
Prince Andrew has previously denied wrongdoing in connection with Epstein, and the latest claims reported by The News International centre on historical testimony and Mr Kuvin’s interpretation of the evidence. The renewed focus is likely to sharpen calls for further clarity around the Duke’s time with Epstein and any steps authorities may take in response.
