Prince Harry Picks White Chocolate in Meghan Video
Prince Harry has been shown choosing a white chocolate bar in a home video shared by Meghan Markle, prompting fresh interest in a sweet-toothed link with his late grandmother Queen Elizabeth II. The clip, posted to the Duchess of Sussex’s Instagram Stories, shows the Duke sampling a selection from Meghan’s lifestyle and food brand, As Ever.
Prince Harry selected a white chocolate and flower sprinkles bar from Meghan’s limited-edition collection, while other options included dark chocolate and berry flavours and a milk chocolate bar with shortbread and bee pollen, Hello Magazine reported.
The piece also revisited comments from former royal chef Mr Darren McGrady, who previously told the publication that Queen Elizabeth II was “absolutely a chocoholic” and would typically choose chocolate desserts when they appeared on menus. According to McGrady’s account, dark chocolate was her preference, and she would give up chocolate for Lent before indulging in an Easter Sunday spread that could include milk, white and bittersweet chocolate eggs.
The video comes as Meghan’s branding continues to draw attention, after claims about the ‘As Ever’ name echoing King Charles’s letter sign-off circulated in recent commentary about her business ventures.
While the Instagram clip was light-hearted, it has fuelled wider conversation about the Duke and Duchess’s home life and their growing commercial projects, as well as the continued fascination with royal food habits and traditions associated with the late Queen.
