Liam Gallagher questions Harry Styles ticket prices as Wembley tour presale sparks criticism
Liam Gallagher has appeared to take a swipe at Harry Styles over the cost of tickets for the former One Direction star’s upcoming Wembley Stadium dates, as presale demand and pricing sparked a flurry of online reaction.
Pre-sale tickets for Styles’ Together, Together tour prompted criticism from fans after pricing information circulated online, with Daily Star reporting that some seats were priced at well over £100 and that top seats were listed at close to £500.
According to the report, Mr Gallagher posted “HOW MUCH” on X as the debate gathered pace. When another user joked about the cost of tickets for Oasis Live ’25, he replied that those prices were “reasonable looking back at it now”, and he also joked that he had bought “20” tickets to re-sell, adding they were “not cheap”.
The comments come amid continued scrutiny of major tour pricing following Oasis’ own ticket backlash, including Ticketmaster’s dynamic pricing, with Mr Gallagher previously addressing fans’ anger from the stage. In recent weeks, he has also been in the spotlight over Oasis-related business matters, including reports that he could be required to disclose Oasis pay details as legal and commercial questions around the band continue to surface.
Styles has not responded publicly to Mr Gallagher’s posts. The renewed focus on ticket costs highlights the ongoing tension between high-demand stadium tours and fan expectations, as artists and promoters face increasing calls for transparency around pricing structures.
