Kanye West, also known as Ye, is facing serious accusations from his former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta. She claims that while working for him, she was sexually assaulted, stalked, harassed, and even a victim of “swatting.”
Pisciotta first made a complaint last year. Earlier this month, she added more claims, including sex trafficking, assault, and rape. Her lawyer, Arick Fudali, told the BBC that she is now scared and hiding. He said she has been suffering since she started working for Kanye West. She has also received phone calls warning her not to continue the case.
One of the most serious claims is that West sexually assaulted her without her consent. Pisciotta also said police have shown up at her home several times because of fake reports, including one where police were told she had killed her mother.
West has denied all of the claims. He called them “fantasy fiction.” His team also said Pisciotta has changed her story many times and that each version of her complaint doesn’t match the others. They believe a jury will easily see the truth. The case is expected to go back to civil court in August.
At the same time, West has put his condo in Calabasas up for sale for 3 million dollars. He got the property during his divorce from Kim Kardashian. Reports say he owes about 60,000 dollars in unpaid property taxes going back to 2023.
