Taylor Swift is not concerned after Justin Baldoni’s lawyer mentioned that she might have to give a statement in Baldoni’s legal case against her friend, Blake Lively. She is also avoiding friends with Travis Kelce.
A source told Page Six that Swift is “a strong woman” and has nothing to hide. “She’s just enjoying some quiet time with Travis [Kelce] and staying out of the spotlight for a while,” the insider added.
Three weeks ago, Baldoni brought Swift into his legal battle with Lively. His lawyer, Bryan Freedman, said that Swift might have information relevant to the case. The trial is scheduled for March 2026.
“I don’t know if we’ll actually question Taylor Swift, but it’s a possibility,” Freedman said. “Anyone who has useful information could be asked to testify.”
A previous report suggested that Swift “feels used” by Lively. An insider claimed she wasn’t happy about being called one of Lively’s “dragons” in alleged text messages revealed in Baldoni’s lawsuit.
The texts don’t explicitly name Swift, but Baldoni hinted at her involvement when he texted Lively about script changes, saying, “I really love what you did… (And I would have felt that way without Ryan and Taylor).” Many believe the “dragons” Lively mentioned refer to Swift and her husband, Ryan Reynolds.
Baldoni also claimed that during a meeting at Lively’s NYC penthouse, she tried to intimidate him by saying she was lucky to have Reynolds and Swift as her creative support.
Meanwhile, Swift and her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, have been spending quiet time together. The couple recently returned from a private vacation abroad. Although the location was not revealed, a source said, “Taylor and Travis had a great time reconnecting after a busy year.”
The two were also seen on a dinner date in Park City, Utah, last week, staying low-key as they left in a security-escorted SUV.
