Prince William recently debunked Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s previous claim against him again. In a new video dropped on social media, the Prince of Wales appeared in a new project with former Lioness Jill Scott to talk about the importance of communities having access to green spaces via Express.
The project has been launched to mark the 100th anniversary of the charity Fields in Trust and has seen the Prince of Wales team up with Jill to promote the importance of parks and fields, with the pair appearing in a new video together.
William, who is President of the charity, can be seen at the start of the video meeting Jill and giving her an affectionate hug. This was a claim that was first made by Meghan Markle in the Netflix docuseries Harry and Meghan, released in 2022.
When talking about the first time William and Princess Catherine joined the couple for dinner, Meghan said: “Even when Will and Kate came over and I was meeting her for the first time I remember I was in ripped jeans, I was barefoot.
“Like I was a hugger, I have always been a hugger. I didn’t realise that is really jarring for a lot of Brits. I started to understand that the formality on the outside carried through on the inside”.
