Report Says Prince Andrew Shaken By Sandringham Gate Intrusion
Prince Andrew has reportedly been left distressed after an alleged security breach near Sandringham raised fresh concerns about protection at the property where he is said to be living. The incident was described as taking place at Marsh Farm in early April, with claims the Duke now believes he is under a “real threat”.
National Enquirer reported via Yahoo that two people in a red car scaled a gate and attempted to look over a six-foot fence at the Sandringham farmhouse on Thursday, 2 April, before staff directed them back to their vehicle.
According to the report, a source said the former Duke of York is “beside himself” and views the incident as a serious risk, adding that he expected problems after leaving Royal Lodge and blames King Charles III for the circumstances. The same account reiterates that Andrew has denied wrongdoing in relation to Jeffrey Epstein and claims he believes his family has distanced itself.
The reported breach comes amid continuing focus on Andrew’s living arrangements, after previous coverage that he had moved into Sandringham’s Marsh Farm following changes to his status within the Royal Family.
No official comment was included in the report, and it remains unclear whether any police action was taken in response to the alleged intrusion.
