Report claims Prince Andrew brought ‘mystery woman’ to Sandringham home
Prince Andrew has been linked to fresh speculation about his private life after a report claimed he was seen travelling to his new home on King Charles III’s Sandringham estate with an unknown woman concealed in the back of his vehicle. The claim comes as the Duke of York is said to be relocating to Marsh Farm following a period staying at nearby Wood Farm.
The report said the woman appeared to sit discreetly in the rear of the car as Prince Andrew drove towards the property accompanied by a protection officer and one of his dogs, with the outlet describing the move as “smuggling”, Yahoo Entertainment reported.
According to the same report, Marsh Farm is a five-bedroom farmhouse on the privately owned Sandringham estate which has undergone renovations, including added security measures, ahead of Prince Andrew’s move. It also cited separate reporting that staff were seen transporting boxes into the property and that a mobile home had been placed on the grounds for security personnel.
The Sandringham relocation has drawn wider attention in recent weeks, including claims that the Duke’s move affected family plans on the estate, with reports that Prince Edward and Sophie, Duchess of Edinburgh, were unable to use Wood Farm over Easter while Prince Andrew remained there.
No official comment has been made about the identity of the woman described in the report. The episode is the latest example of scrutiny following Prince Andrew’s withdrawal from public duties, with continued interest in his living arrangements and the circumstances of his move within the Sandringham estate.
