Oasis is back, and the Gallagher brothers, Liam and Noel, will share the stage again after 16 years of public feud. And the mastermind behind this reunion is Noel’s 25-year-old daughter, Anaïs Gallagher.
A source told The Sun: “Anaïs was one of the biggest sources of comfort and support for Noel following his divorce. Over the years, Noel had offered an olive branch to Liam, but he’d never taken it up.”
Anaïs allegedly decided to lend a helping hand after Noel’s second marriage, with Sara MacDonald, ended. The source expanded, “Anaïs could tell her dad really wanted both his brothers, Liam and Paul, by his side after the split so was determined to get them back in touch.”
The statement then expanded on Noel’s daughter’s role in the family. They said, “She gets on great with Liam’s sons Gene and Lennon, so she asked them if their dad would be willing to hear her out. They said they thought he would be receptive, so she then asked Liam to reach out to his brother to lend support.”
Oasis will kick off their reunion tour at the Principality Stadium on July 4th, ahead of dates in Manchester, London, Edinburgh, and Dublin later this summer. The tour was in such high demand that Lloyds Banking Group estimated that fake ticket scams cost fans over £2million collectively.
