Okay, let’s face it. If you want some entertainment which feeds your inner pessimist, then Liam Gallagher may be the person to go to – at least on social media, that is.
On August 17th, Liam Gallagher posted a somewhat cryptic message on Twitter as all he had to say was “C’mon.” Of course, fans felt this was a great time to say hello to the star, but one question in the sea of comments stood out the most.
A fan asked Liam what he felt about Julian Casablancas drinking out of a shoe. Julian is the lead singer of the Strokes and has a very loyal fanbase as well as Liam does. Without too much hesitation, Liam got back to the fan asking the question. Now, it should be noted that there really was no shade directed towards Julian in terms of anything to be taken personally.
Liam did however note that what Julian was doing wasn’t something that he condones much at all. Liam replied to the photo of Julian drinking out of a shoe by stating “Ridiculous”. This wasn’t the only thing that Liam responded to though. A few other fans shot their shot with the vocalist as one person posted a photo of Kurt Cobain with the question of asking Liam what he thought about the late singer. In this instance, Liam did not respond.
Another commentor asked what Liam would wish for if he saw a shooting star. Liam said that he would wish for his “mouth to open very wide”. All of the answers had one thing in common and that’s that they were all over the place when it came to how Liam would respond to everyone. He did not respond to more than a handful of people, but he confused all of the ones that he did reply to.
