Justin Timberlake is taking a break after finishing his international tour. The 44-year-old singer shared a relaxed moment on Instagram Stories on August 4, wearing a sweatshirt that said, “I’m not doing s–t today. Mission accomplished,” along with three checkmarks to show he was officially resting.
His wife, Jessica Biel, was happy to have him back home. She posted a picture of Timberlake and his team getting off their private jet and captioned it, “So happy they’re home!” The couple shares two sons: Silas, 10, and Phineas, 4.
Timberlake had been on the road for nearly two years. On July 31, he reflected on Instagram, calling the tour “fun, emotional, gratifying, physically demanding, and at times, grueling.” He also revealed he had been diagnosed with Lyme disease during the tour—a chronic condition that can cause intense nerve pain and fatigue. He explained that those who’ve experienced the disease know how mentally and physically tough it can be.
Despite the health challenges, Timberlake said he didn’t want to stop performing because the happiness it gave him was worth the stress. He described being on stage as a sacred experience and said he didn’t know what his future on stage would look like, but he would always treasure this tour.
He ended his message with a heartfelt thank-you to his family, writing, “To Jess, Silas, and Phin… nothing is more powerful than your unconditional love. You are my heart and my home.”
Jessica Biel later reposted his message and shared a photo of Justin hugging their son Silas, adding red heart emojis to show her love and support.
