Hailey Bieber is focusing on her peace while dealing with a lot of public pressure. In a new interview with Vogue Italia published on July 23, the 28-year-old model and Rhode beauty founder spoke about the tough time she had after giving birth to her son, Jack Blues, in August 2024. She called it “the most delicate period” of her life and said adjusting to motherhood and her new identity was “very difficult.”
“Going through all of that while constantly seeing fake stories online like ‘They’re getting divorced’ or ‘They’re not happy anymore’ can really make you feel overwhelmed,” Hailey said. “I’m not even sure how to explain it. It’s a crazy life.”
Despite the rumors, Hailey said most of what’s said about her online “isn’t true.” She reminded people that she has a real, happy life outside of social media. “It’s the life I live with my wonderful family, friends, and the people who truly know and love me.”
Vogue Italia also spoke to Hailey’s close friend Kendall Jenner, who called Hailey “caring” and “almost maternal.” Kendall added, “I’m kind of a hypochondriac, and if I’m having a panic attack, she’ll show up right away and take care of me.”
This isn’t the first time Hailey has pushed back against the rumors. In a Vogue cover story in May, she said she expected the online hate to slow down once she became a mom — but it didn’t. “I thought after seven years, people would chill out. You’d think after having a baby, they’d move on — but no,” Hailey said. “So I guess these bitches are going to stay mad.”
Hailey also said she’s learned a lot from Justin Bieber about handling public criticism. “He’s been dealing with this since he was a kid. He told me, ‘Baby, trust me, I’ve been here many times. There is no winning.’”
Justin also praised his wife in a statement to Vogue, saying, “She’s in the spotlight because she has great style and business sense. And she makes being a mom and a wife look easy.” He added, “I’ve done a lot of dumb things in my life, but the smartest thing I’ve ever done was marry Hailey.”
