Fans of Hailey Bieber are upset with Justin Bieber after an old video resurfaced showing him making what many called “disgusting” comments about her.
In the clip, Justin and Hailey are sitting in a car. Justin faces the camera and jokes that Hailey is “clueless” and says, “If you weren’t so hot, I would’ve gotten rid of you a long time ago.” Hailey replies, “Oh, too bad for you.” Many fans found the comment disrespectful.
This backlash comes shortly after Justin admitted in another resurfaced moment that he once told Hailey she would never land a Vogue magazine cover during an argument. Fans were also disappointed that Justin didn’t publicly congratulate Hailey after she sold her Rhode Beauty line for $1 billion—possibly because of the criticism he’s been getting.
The couple has been married since 2018 and welcomed their first child, Jack Blues, in August 2024. But rumors have been swirling about problems in their marriage, especially following Justin’s recent behavior.
Fans took to social media to defend Hailey. One wrote, “That’s a rude and disgusting thing to say to your wife.” Another said, “It’s a crazy thing to say to someone you love.”
Many are calling Justin’s actions a red flag and feel he should show more respect and support for his wife, especially given her recent success.
