The concern started when Justin released his seventh album, Swag. It was his first record in four years and the first since he suffered partial facial paralysis in 2022 from Ramsey Hunt syndrome. The lyrics on the album were moody and heavy, with many fans calling it a “cry for help.” Around the same time, people noticed that he was not posting much about Hailey, and paparazzi photos showed the couple looking tense. This led to rumors of problems in their marriage.
His social media posts made things worse. In February, he posted a video where he appeared to be smoking. In June, he shared a long, confusing message about people telling others what they “deserve,” which left many fans worried. Some told him to take a break from social media, while others thought he was acting “single” because he wasn’t posting with Hailey as much.
Recently, though, the tone has changed. Justin and Hailey went on a family trip to Idaho with their 15-month-old son, Jack Blues. People close to Justin say he is now in a “better headspace.” They explained that when he makes new music, he often gets so focused that he blocks everything else out, including his marriage. But his new family-focused posts suggest that he and Hailey are making time for each other again.
The couple has also been spotted out together in Los Angeles, holding hands and looking happy. Justin wore a bucket hat and a cannabis-print T-shirt, while Hailey looked stylish in a crop top and jeans. Their smiles and closeness in public have calmed some of the worries fans had earlier this year.
