Sean “Diddy” Combs spent his second Christmas behind bars with a visit from his son, Justin Combs. According to Diddy’s representative, Justin visited him on Christmas Day at Fort Dix Prison in New Jersey. The two spent time talking and catching up, focusing on how to handle life during this difficult period. Their conversation centered on prayer, appreciating family, and reflecting on past choices with the goal of doing better in the future. No physical gifts were exchanged, as prison rules do not allow them.
Diddy also took part in a small, private religious service with a few other inmates on Christmas Day. This moment was described as reflective and quiet, giving him more time to think about his situation.
The family visit came shortly after Diddy’s legal team filed new court documents challenging his 50-month prison sentence. He was convicted on two counts related to transporting individuals for prostitution under the Mann Act. Diddy continues to deny the charges and is seeking to have his sentence overturned or reduced. He has argued that he did not personally arrange or pay for travel connected to the allegations.
Diddy was first jailed in September 2024 after being indicted on sex trafficking and racketeering charges. He remained in custody throughout his trial and was transferred to Fort Dix on October 30 to begin serving his sentence.
