A male exotic dancer recently testified at Sean “Diddy” Combs’ high-profile federal s*x crimes trial. He claimed that he was paid $800 to stage a “sexy scene” for Combs and his then-girlfriend Casandra “Cassie” Ventura — while avoiding eye contact with the music mogul via PEOPLE.
Sharay Hayes, also known as “The Punisher,” told jurors in Manhattan federal court on Tuesday, May 20th, that he was called to a Trump Tower hotel suite in the fall of 2012 as Ventura greeted him wearing a wig as well as a “bathrobe and nothing underneath.”
Hayes, testified that Ventura handed him a “sack of money” with $800 inside and told him to “create a sexy scene of me and her applying baby oil on each other and create a sexy environment that her husband would come upon.”
“She said do not acknowledge her husband, try not to look at him and no communication,” Hayes added.
Last week, Ventura also gave four days of emotional testimony alleging she was physically, s*xually, and verbally abused by Combs during their relationship that began in 2006 and ended in 2018.
She had testified that Combs enjoyed watching her have s*x with other men and being forced to perform degrading acts, she said the experiences left her feeling “nervousness and confusion.”
Combs often recorded these humiliating moments and referred to the footage as “blackmail materials,” Ventura told the jury. For years Ventura said she lived in fear that he would release them. “He had many resources to do that,” she said.
Arrested in September 2024, Combs pleaded not guilty to five counts of sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution. Combs, whose trial began with opening statements on May 12, could face up to life in prison if he is convicted on all counts.
