Clayton Howard, the former escort who is now suing both Cassie and Diddy, spoke to TMZ about his experiences. He claims they drugged, manipulated, and traumatized him. Clayton, who was called “Dave” during Diddy’s sex trafficking and racketeering trial, said Cassie actually enjoyed Diddy’s power, especially when it helped her get what she wanted.
In the interview, Clayton explained there was another side to Cassie that welcomed Diddy’s influence, using it to draw him into their sexual activities. That’s why, he said, he kept seeing Diddy and Cassie for nearly ten years. He admitted he was scared because Diddy had powerful connections and could easily get back at him. Plus, Clayton needed the money.
When asked why he didn’t sue them sooner, Clayton said he did try. He accused his lawyer Tyrone Blackburn of delaying the lawsuit to protect Cassie’s image during Diddy’s trial.
Clayton also talked about why he’s seeking money from Cassie in a civil suit instead of pushing for criminal charges. He said the U.S. attorney’s office knows Cassie was involved but only focused on Diddy. He even accused the government of ignoring male victims and caring only about taking down Diddy.
Regarding Diddy being cleared of three serious charges in court, Clayton called it a huge blow to the #MeToo movement and said it felt like a slap in the face.Clayton’s lawsuit includes shocking claims, such as Cassie giving him an STD and forcing him to have sex with her while she was on her period.
