Sean “Diddy” Combs hopes to team up with Kanye West to help fix both of their damaged reputations, according to the Globe. A source said, “Diddy is so thankful that Kanye stood by him , they see each other as like brothers now. They believe they can get back on top and rule Hollywood together.”
After a widely covered trial, Diddy, 55, was found guilty of two charges of transporting people for prostitution, but was cleared of more serious sex trafficking and racketeering charges. This means he avoided a possible life sentence, though he still faces up to 20 years in prison. The insider also shared that Diddy thinks he can clear his record and stay out of jail.
Meanwhile, Kanye, 48, also needs to repair his image after antisemitic comments and other strange behavior. Diddy has already started mentoring him and plans to do more once he’s free.
“They’re planning new songs, maybe even an album, and Kanye wants Diddy to help with his clothing line,” the source said.
They’re also talking about starting a joint music label, making movies, and getting into tech. “It’s all part of their big plan to get back on top,” the source added. “They both want to become billionaires and they want to do it together.”
