Gloria Estefan and Emilio Estefan are thinking about suing one of Diddy’s accusers after their names came up in a lawsuit , a case that has already been dismissed.
TMZ spoke with the couple in New York this week, and both Gloria and Emilio hinted that they might take legal action. The accuser had mentioned them and their Miami home in human trafficking claims against Diddy.
In that lawsuit, which is now thrown out, the man said he was drugged and taken to one of Diddy’s wild parties on Star Island. He claimed he got there through a secret tunnel linking Gloria’s house to Diddy’s.
Gloria laughed off the idea on Thursday, saying she was never worried about the case. She called the story “fantasy” and said the man would have some explaining to do.
Emilio agreed, calling the tunnel claim “ridiculous.” He explained that since the homes are on an island, a tunnel wouldn’t even be possible it’s all water underneath. Both of them made it clear they won’t let false accusations damage their reputation.
As for Diddy, he’s waiting to be sentenced after being found guilty of transporting people for prostitution. More than 100 people have accused him of assault in other civil lawsuits, but he’s denied the claims several times.
