The controversial hip hop star Sean “Diddy” Combs’s alleged “freak off” parties are under the radar via E! Online..
As the music mogul’s s*x trafficking trial got underway May 12, prosecutor Emily Johnson alleged during opening statements that he once forced a male escort to u***ate in ex-Cassie’s mouth during one such party, as per according to the May 12 court transcript obtained by NBC News.
Following the disturbing incident, Johnson said Cassie (real name Cassandra Ventura) “felt like she was choking.”
Combs’ relationship with the singer was a central focus during the proceedings as Johnson also described an instance where the rapper—who has pled not guilty to all five charges against him—was “on the hunt” for Cassie after discovering a new man had courted her.
“When he finally found her he beat her brutally,” Johnson told the court, per NBC News, “kicking her in the back and flinging her around like a rag doll.”
For Combs to “make sure he had control over Cassie once again,” Johnson further alleged that he proposed blackmailing his ex.
“He threatened her and said if she defies her again, he will release video of her having s*x with male escorts,” she continued according to the outlet. “Souvenirs of the most humiliating nights of her life.”
During the defense’s opening statement, Combs’ lawyer Teny Geragos said that while her team would not deny that her client committed domestic violence, those allegations did not constitute the federal charges he is facing.
“We will not shy away from the things he did, but we will not own the things he did not do,” Geragos told jurors, per NBC News. “He is physical, he is a drug user, you may know of his love of baby oil. Is that a federal crime? No!”
